This Terms of Use Agreement governs your access to and use of the website operated by 2147M Equity LLC dba Scorify Credit (“Scorify Credit”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By using our Website or services, you agree to the terms below:
1. Services
Scorify Credit provides personal credit consulting services. These are not legal, tax, or debt consolidation services. By using our Website or services, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and legally authorized to enter into a contract.
2. Arbitration Clause
All claims and disputes shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration. You waive:
The right to jury trial
Participation in a class action lawsuit
Filing claims in any court of law
Scorify Credit will cover up to $300 in arbitration filing fees. The arbitration will be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your client portal login. Any unauthorized use must be reported immediately.
4. Intellectual Property
All Website content, including text, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to Scorify Credit. You may not reuse or redistribute without written consent.
5. Limitations
Scorify Credit is not liable for:
Inaccuracies or errors in data
Interruptions in service
Any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Website or services
6. Use Restrictions
You may not use the Website to:
Violate any law
Harm or harass others
Attempt unauthorized access
Use bots, scrapers, or any automation to extract data
7. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York, except the Arbitration Clause, which is governed by federal law.
Consumer Credit File Rights Under State and Federal Law
You have rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA):
You have the right to dispute inaccurate information directly with the credit bureaus.
You may request a free credit report if you’ve been denied credit, employment, or insurance in the past 60 days.
Accurate, verifiable information cannot be removed legally before its time limit (typically 7 years, 10 years for bankruptcies).
You may cancel your credit consulting contract with Scorify Credit within 3 business days of signing, without penalty.
